i found the staff to be attentive. they helped with dry cleaning. the hotel's stylish design impressed me.. the rooms also looked great.
the hotel is near a busy road. the service was not quite what i expected. i noticed my water and coffee were not refilled at times.

the super nice team and always available. my room was a superior double room. the hotel also provides a shuttle service to the main train station, very convenient.
the limited availability of certain spa treatments proved to be a slight hiccup . scheduling required advance planning.
